Prior to be associated with SIA Equities (Pvt) Limited. He was also associated with Spectrum Securities Limited as Chief Operating Officer and Director for about 8 years. In addition to it, he was Vice President in IGI Finex Securities Limited since year 2006 for about 5 years. His core expertise includes, integration and implementation of Trading Systems & Back-Office Systems, Risk Management, Settlement and Operations, Preparation of SOPs as well as Regulatory Affairs. Besides, Back-Office Operations, he has a firm grip on Technical Analysis that helps the Sales Desk as well. In addition to her role at SIA, she is also the proud owner of Hummingbird Engineering Design and Construction Company. This skill has flared up her unique inference of the finance and industry, thus allowed her to provide holistic guidance for SIA’s clients.

SHABNAM ASHI is holding post of Director in SIA Equities (Pvt) Ltd. She has approximately 10 years extensive experience of listed and non-listed companies of manufacturing and financial institutions.
She had worked in a leading Brokerage House -JAHANGIR SIDDIQUI & CO as Compliance Manager and later moved to Lakson Group of Companies as Corporate Manager and Company Secretary of their three Leading Listed companies for a period of 4 years, during her stay in group she was dealing corporate matter as per company policy and guidelines to meet statutory obligation and compliance guidelines according to prevailing rules and regulations.
Shabnam is a qualified professional from Institute of Cost And Management Accountant of Pakistan (ICMAP) and besides this she hold a professional certification from Institute of Corporate Sectaries Pakistan (ICS-P).

Mr. Umer Bin Habib is qualified professional from Institute of Cost and Management Accountant of Pakistan (ICMAP) having a 25+ years vast experience of local and GCC counties in Finance Planning , Management Reporting, Treasury Management, Lease Management, Contract Management and Audit Facilitator for small scale organization to multi millions projects.
Mr. Habib possesses a deep understanding of local and international financial standards, coupled with expertise in streamlining the accounting systems as well as optimizing the financial structures.
Proven ability to manage all aspects of finance from budgeting and forecasting to meticulous reporting, analytical skills, fostering collaboration and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Mr. M. Ahsan Hashmi is a thoroughgoing capital market professional with around 30 years of C-Level engagement with different listed and unlisted capital market participants. Mr. Ahsan is the Chief Executive of the Company.
Prior to this assignment he was the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary of the Pearl Securities Limited for a period of sixteen years. Earlier his era comprised Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary with National Asset Management Company Ltd and First National Equities Limited for about four years. He is also the former Chief Operating Officer & Company Secretary of Al-Mal Securities & Services Limited for over eight years.
He has exhaustive knowledge about the local capital market crescendos and diminuendos as well as international practices in practice with leading bourses. He is considered as one of the dedicated professional who is analytical, target oriented with strong abilities to manage the professional teams to accomplish diverse responsibilities in skillful manner. In addition he possessed proficiency in policy making, corporate and legal advisory, banking and finance, corporate compliance as well as financial and risk management. Mr. Ahsan has formulated risk based strategic and operational policies for different brokerage houses for progression in capital market.
